All school districts experience staff transitions on a regular basis, resulting in overwhelming paper-file management and growing clerical expense.

Nampa School District was quickly running out of storage room for their HR and Payroll records and needed a rapid solution to go paper-LESS.

This case study details their journey with Docutopia to achieve that important goal and have secure remote access to any record, anytime.

THE CITY OF CALDWELL PRESERVES OLD ARTIFACTS THROUGH IMAGING TECHNOLOGY

It's no secret that historical records and delicate document artifacts are pretty important to cities, counties and jurisdictions.

These are generally safeguarded in vaults or controlled environments, but are still routinely accessed and handled by staff and in some cases, the general public, which greatly erodes the one-of-a-kind documents over time.

The City of Caldwell struggled to find a way to digitally preserve their large-format maps and drawings until being introduced to Docutopia and their proprietary FragileDocs imaging technology, which allowed them to digitally "freeze" their records in time at the highest digital resolution.
